This sweet family of 4 is such a beautiful, easy going family. Nora was one of our pregnant rescues in the winter of 2017. Not even a month later she gave birth to triplets, daughter Marlowe and sons Mason & Rocco. Bamba & Avery
It’s been a busy rescued baby season and a number of our rescued kids are now ready for their forever homes! Yukon is a big, beautiful Saanen wether, a gentle giant, who was bottle raised here at the rescue years ago. He was adopted by a wonderful family who took good care of him but the family was no longer able to keep them so brought their goats back to the rescue to find new forever homes. Gabby is a darling young Boer that we rescued from a backyard butcher operation. This little gal is full of spunky personality! She loves to play and climb and get into anything that she can. She is mischievous but entertaining and has such a love of life. Gabby is now ready to take that firecracker personality to a forever home! Larkin & Neo
Larkin & Neo are such a great duo! Larkin is a gorgeous Lamancha who, in typical Lamancha fashion, is curious, busy and full of fun personality. Neo is a Lamancha/Saanen cross who loves his snuggle time as much as his playtime. Both boys love to spend their days browsing and grazing. Ladybug & her twins, Gigi & Tatonka
Ladybug is a laid back, young little Lamancha who gave birth to playful, busy and adorable twins Tatonka & Gigi at the rescue last year. Ladybug was one of the many pregnant does we rescued in the winter of 2017. She is a great mom and her kids are the best of friends and enjoy snuggling up with their Mama every night. GiGi is full of playful and mischievous personality and her brother tries hard to keep up with her antics. The family will need a farm with extremely good fencing and things to keep these kids busy! Gunner & Huxley
Gunner & Huxley are big, beautiful Alpine wethers (neutered males) who grew up at the rescue but recently returned when their family was no longer able to keep them. These gorgeous boys are super laid back and sweet and have been raised around children and horses. Gunner & Huxley have tested positive for CL so should be the only goats in their new home, they would also be wonderful horse companions or with other goats who are CL positive. Evie & her son Joker
Evie was one of a number of does we rescued in the winter of 2017 who was pregnant. Last April 1st she gave birth to son Joker, named for his April Fools Birthday. Evie is a herd queen but very friendly and sociable and her “mini me” Joker is just as sweet and affectionate with people as a bottle baby. Evie & Joker must be adopted together. Roscoe & Sambuca
Roscoe, a Lamancha/Nubian cross and Sambuca, an Oberhasli/Nubian cross are wonderful, social boys. Roscoe is a sensitive guy who adores people and develops strong bonds to his people and Sambuca is a laid back sweetheart. The boys were bottle raised at the rescue and adopted to a wonderful family that recently had to relocate to NYC and was unable to take the boys along. This lovely lady recently returned to the rescue when her family faced a move across the country and was unable to take their goats. We rescued Athena, a sweet & spirited Alpine now about 5 years old, from a local slaughterhouse 4 years ago. Athena was well loved and cared for in her previous home and is now ready to meet her new family! Apply to adopt Athena!
Brady & Spud
Brady (an Oberhasli) and Spud (a Saanen) are two of the dozens of kids we have bottle raised at the rescue this spring. Billy & Alfie
Billy, a beautiful Lamancha and Alfie, a gorgeous Saanen are back at the rescue and ready to find their forever home. We rescued Alfie as a youngster from a local slaughterhouse and Billy was rescued by PSGR volunteers after he was purchased at a livestock auction and kept as an only goat kid by their neighbors. The boys recently returned to the rescue as their family experienced some unexpected life changes and was unable to keep them. Lyric & her son Pogo
This beautiful mother/son duo is now ready for their forever home! Lyric (as well as Bree, also available for adoption with her son) was rescued while pregnant when her herd was being killed by cougars. Ravi & Zoran
Ravi, a young Lamancha and Zoran, a Nigerian Dwarf are the most adorable and entertaining duo! We rescued both boys from a backyard butcher operation a few months ago. Both were starving and in heartbreakingly bad condition. They are both gaining weight and are playful and despite being neglected for so long, the sweetest goats! They love attention and being brushed. They both still need to continue to gain weight but are healthy and doing great! They would do best in a home with no other goats at this time so they can continue to thrive. Apply to adopt Ravi & Zoran!
Nibbles & Angus
This super sweet sheep pair returned to the rescue recently after their owner tragically passed away. Nibbles is a Katahdin that is about 8 years old and his best buddy Angus is a middle aged Katahdin cross . The boys are sweet, social and ready for their new forever home! Bree & her son Zoomie
Lovely & social Bree and her darling and full of fun and playful personality son Zoomie are now ready for their forever home! We rescued Bree (and Lyric, also available for adoption with her son) when she was pregnant after their herd was being killed by a cougar. Cassius & Odin
Cassius and Odin are very striking boys! Cassius is a purebred Oberhasli and Odin is an Oberhasli cross that we rescued as bucks from a neglect situation. They were neutered upon arrival at the rescue and are now ready for their forever home. They arrived quite unsure and shy around people but are starting to warm up now that they are safe and getting proper nutrition and TLC for possibly the first time in their life. These BFF Nubian boys are just as sweet as can be! The boys have been bottle raised by one of our wonderful foster families and have been raised around children. Quinn & Lucy are an adorable duo that came to the rescue when their family was no longer able to keep them. The pair, a wether (neutered male) and female are 6 years old and full of fun and sweet personality. Swoosh & Cupid
We rescued these adorable Holstein calves when they were just a week and a half old and destined to be raised for slaughter. The calves, born mid May, are currently being bottle raised and will soon be ready for their perfect forever home. The boys will be dehorned and neutered. They are super sweet and are the most darling “pasture puppies” and are even trained to come to the sound of a bell. As with all of our rescues they are available to a pet home only. Doozy & Jazz

Toby is a beautiful 2 year old Nigerian Dwarf who came to the rescue after he broke a back leg and received no veterinarian care for almost a week. The day he arrived he was seen by our vet who casted his broken leg. Toby recently had his cast removed and his leg has healed and he is learning to be a 4 legged goat and his personality is finally shinning through! He is sweet and social and has a laid back personality. Toby is now all healed up and ready for his forever home! Apply to adopt Toby!
Junebug & Arya
These two Nigerian Dwarf ladies are 5 year old and were bottle raised by a family who loved them very much but was forced to find them a new home when they moved. The girls are easy going, very friendly and are leash trained. The girls are ready to start the next chapter of their lives!
Rogue & Ariel
These 10 year old ladies came to us after we saw them being given away on Craigslist for free. They had spent their lives tied on a tether and never received vet care of hoof trimming. When their owner became too elderly to care for them, a family member took them in but they were tethered there as well as they didn’t have proper fencing for them. The girls are now safe with us and free from life on a tether for the first time in their lives. They are incredibly sweet and despite not receiving ideal care for some time, they are healthy and active and ready for their forever home!
Yumi & her twins Keiko & YoYo
Yumi is one of our Golden Girls, a group of senior dairy does we gave retirement to last spring. 6 days after her arrival at the rescue Yumi gave birth to girl/boy twins, Keiko & YoYo. For the first time in her life, Yumi got to keep & raise her babies. Yumi is a sweet little Mama who enjoys her quiet time but adores her kids and going out to browse with them. She receives supplemental feeding to help keep her weight and health maintained which she will need to continue to receive. Keiko & YoYo are as sweet as bottle babies.
