PSGR is dedicated to the health and happiness of the goats we have rescued and taken into our care. We carefully screen each applicant and potential home to insure it is a good fit for all involved. The first step is to complete the adoption application. Listed below are some of the goats we currently have available for adoption.
Herman and Sherman are twin wethers (neutered males) who are the best of friends. Although they are identical they have very distinct personalities. Sherman is super social and friendly while Herman is curious little a little more cautious. Both boys are very laid back and are ready to find their forever home. Apply to adopt Herman & Sherman
We welcomed these big, sweet boys back to the rescue earlier this year. Yukon & Graham were bottle raised here at the rescue years ago. They were adopted by a wonderful family who took good care of them but the family was no longer able to keep them so they have come back to the rescue to find a new forever home. The boys are very bonded and are friendly, social & ready to meet their new family! Apply to adopt Yukon & Graham!
Nora is a beautiful, sweet and laid back Nubian that we rescued when she was pregnant. In January she gave birth to triplets at the rescue. A daughter, Marlowe who is a sweet and snuggly Mama's girl and two boys, Mason & Rocco who are playful, adventurous and love climbing on anything and everything. The babies are all well socialized and love people. The family is only available for adoption as a family of 4. They love being a part of a herd and would do well in a home with other goats. As a rescue we only adopt our rescues as pets and have a no breeding clause in our adoption agreement. Apply to adopt Nora and her triplets!
Alani was one of many pregnant does we rescued this past winter. Alani and Dalton are friendly, fun and ready to meet their forever family! The duo will soon be ready for adoption as a pair or along with another family, Dalton loves his playmates! Apply to adopt Alani & Dalton!
Little miss Harper and her funny, playful and sweet son Keegan are now ready for their forever home! We rescued Harper from a local slaughterhouse after she was sold at a livestock auction. We soon learned she was pregnant and a few months later she gave birth to darling little Keegan. These two beauties are Lamancha/Nigerian Dwarf crosses. They are small in size and as cute as can be! Boomerang & McKissic are social, playful and full of personality Lamancha kids that has been bottle raised at the rescue since they were just a day old. The boys are farm favorites of many of our volunteers, you can’t help but fall in love with this duo! Apply to adopt Boomerang & McKissic!
Beautiful young Maren was a part of our “Holiday Buns in the Oven” rescue last winter where we rescued a number of pregnant goats from a dairy. Maren is just a youngster but she is an amazing mom to her handsome boy Fig. This mother/son due is laid back and incredibly sweet. They are now ready to meet their forever family. Ladybug is a laid back, young little Lamancha who gave birth to playful, busy and adorable twins Tatonka & Gigi at the rescue this past April. Ladybug was one of the many pregnant does we rescued this past winter. She is a great mom and her kids are the best of friends and enjoy snuggling up with their Mama every night. Panda is a beautiful, young Lamancha who gave birth to sweet little Nya this spring at the rescue. Nya is as friendly as a bottle baby, she loves people and is playful and curious. Even though Panda is so young she is a wonderful mom. Panda & Nya are now ready to meet their forever family. Apply to adopt Panda & Nya!
Huxley is a big, beautiful Alpine wether (neutered male) who grew up at the rescue with his best buddy Gunner but recently returned when their family was no longer able to keep them. This gorgeous boy is super laid back and sweet and has been raised around children and horses. We would like to see Huxley adopted alongside his BFF Gunner who he has been with all his life. Gavin & Grayson are two of the many Lamancha kids we have bottle raised at the rescue since they were just newborns. These twin boys are so sweet and so much fun! Both are super sweet, playful and affectionate. These boys are now ready for their forever home! Apply to adopt Gavin & Grayson!
This gorgeous boy is a 4 year old Alpine who recently returned to the rescue as his adoptive family was no longer able to keep him and his goat companions. He is a gentle and social boy who has been raised around children and horses. We would like to see him adopted alongside his best buddy Huxley who he grew up with at the rescue and has been with all his life. Apply to adopt Gunner!
These two 3 year old brothers came to us when their owner was having health issues and needed to find a safe, new home for the boys. Bottle raised, they are both curious and friendly, incredibly easy going and laid back and they are the best of friends. They are mostly Nigerian Dwarf with a little Lamancha mixed in for extra personality. Apply to adopt Reuben & Ryder!
Butterbean & Farrah are twin Nubian/Saanen cross girls. They have been bottle raised at the rescue since they were just a day old. They are snuggly lap babies who are sweet as can be. These lovely little ladies can’t wait to meet their forever family. Apply to adopt Butterbean & Farrah!
Newt is one of our super sweet bottle raised kids from this year’s rescued bottle baby season. Newt is an Oberhasli/Lamancha cross and he is full of playful, entertaining personality but still loves his quiet, snuggly lap time. Newt must be adopted alongside one of the other goat kids he has been raised with at the rescue. Apply to adopt Newt!
Alfie & Marigold are Nubian BFFs who were bottle raised first at the rescue this year and then spent their summer at Kelsey Creek Farm in Bellevue where they have received lots of love from kids attending camp! The two love kids and are leash trained and do well with other goats and farm animals. They will be ready for their forever home as summer comes to an end. Apply to adopt Alfie & Marigold!
Little miss London & her twin brother Liam are two of the darling and oh so sweet bottle raised kids that we saved as newborn babies this season. The duo are Saanen/Nubian crosses and have laid back, sweet and silly personalities and are always entertaining. They love to be brushed and snuggled and napping cuddled up together. London & Liam are ready to meet their forever family! Apply to adopt London & Liam!
Jackson and Chewie are two very social and friendly bottle raised sheep, both saved from slaughter. The young boys are the best of friends. Chewie is one of the sweetest sheep you will ever meet, he loves to be pet and snuggled. Jackson is the leader of the two and although more independent is friendly and easy to handle as well. Nessa is a gorgeous, full of personality Alpine doe (female) who came to the rescue after living almost all her life alone. She is 2.5 years old and full of sweet and playful personality. She was bottle raised and is very friendly and social. Nessa is available for adoption as a pet only, no breeding. She has developed a very strong and heartwarming bond to Nubian Mack and we would love to see the two adopted together! Apply to adopt Nessa!
This big boy is such a gentle giant! Mack came to us when his twin brother passed away. He is a 5 year old Nubian and is a big boy but he is incredibly easy going, calm and gentle. He is a sensitive guy and after having a hard time making friends when he arrived at the rescue, he has developed a strong and heartwarming bond with Alpine doe Nessa. We would love to see them adopted together. Apply to adopt Mack!
This little love bug is just as charming as can be! Mario recently returned to the rescue when his twin brother passed away. Mario was bottle raised with us earlier this year and is such an affectionate and fun little guy. He is healthy, happy and a very go with the flow kid! Apply to adopt Mario!
Yumi is one of our Golden Girls, a group of senior dairy does we gave retirement to this spring. 6 days after her arrival at the rescue Yumi gave birth to girl/boy twins, Keiko & YoYo. For the first time in her life, Yumi got to keep & raise her babies. Yumi is a sweet little Mama who enjoys her quiet time but adores her kids and going out to browse with them. She receives supplemental feeding to help keep her weight and health maintained. Keiko & YoYo are as sweet as bottle babies. They are playful and fun and love their Mama more than anything. These twin Nubian brothers are just as adorable and as sweet as can be . The youngest of our bottle raised, long eared cuties, Boone & Baylor were recently weaned and are now ready to meet their forever family. The brothers will make a wonderful addition to any farm family. Apply to adopt Boone & Baylor!
Sweet little Augustus was awarded “Best Kisser” in our rescued kids year book this year and you can see why! Augustus is a Saanen who was bottle raised at the rescue this year. Saanen’s are known for their laid back and gentle nature and Augustus is exactly that. Augustus is now ready to find his forever home alongside one of the kids he was raised with at the rescue this year. Apply to adopt Augustus!
These beautiful boys recently returned to the rescue. We bottle raised them at the rescue 4 years ago and they were adopted to a very loving home that due to health issues of the family, they were no longer able to care for the boys. Tabitha & Colin are Obershasli/Saanen twins, who were bottle raised at the rescue this year since they were just a day old. This darling sister/brother duo is social and playful and loves their snuggly lap time. They have recently been weaned and are read to meet their forever family! Apply to adopt Tabitha & Colin!
PSGR is located in WA State. We adopt within state and occasionally to neighboring states. If you are outside of our area but are looking to adopt rescues, we suggest PetFinder.com. Used exclusively by animal rescue groups and shelters, you can search for barnyard animals, specifically goats and within your area by zip code. It is a great resource for finding rescue groups and available rescues for adoption in your area.
