Adoption, change their life, change yours
PSGR is dedicated to the happiness, health and safety of the goats we have rescued and taken into our care. Our goal is to find the best fit for both the goats and you, the adopter. The first step is to complete the adoption application and sending us photos of your set-up including all fence lines, gates and shelter. Listed below are some of the goats we currently have available for adoption.
Please note: We only adopt locally in Washington state.
These 3 adorable boys are ready to meet their new family! Goose & Maverick, Lamancha twins and their BFF Arlo, a Lamancha/Alpine cross, have been at the rescue since they were 2 days old. The boys were bottle raised with us and adore people. They are fun and playful and such sweet boys. They are neutered, up to date on vaccines and ready for their forever home. Apply to adopt!
This girl is as sweet as she is gorgeous! We rescued Tallulah from a meat broker before she was sold for meat. She is around 2 years old and a petite girl. She is quiet, easy going and such a love with people. Apply to adopt!
JJ is an approximately 10-year-old Alpine who came back into rescue recently when his senior companion passed away. He originally came to us when his brother passed away. JJ is in great health and is any easy going guy but can hold his own. He is currently in a foster home with a small herd. He would make a great companion for another lonely goat. Apply to adopt!
This beautiful mother & son pair came to us via a neglect case last fall. These two are the first out to graze in the morning and the last to come in, they love being out in the pasture. Although both are curious and will approach people, neither of them like to be pet or cuddled. They would be perfect for a home who would like goats to help maintain their pastures but aren't looking for goats who like a lot of human interaction. They are easy to handle and very quiet and easy going, they just aren't snuggly goats and we respect that. Tegan is on the small side and although Teddy is bigger than she is already at 1.5 years old, we don't expect him to be a large size goat either Apply to adopt!
These full of personality Lamancha/Oberhasli/Boer cross twins are two of the sweetest goats you will ever meet! These cuties were born at a dairy and bottle raised at the rescue since they were just 2 days old. They absolutely adore people and attention and are BUSY and playful, true to the Lamancha personality. They will do best in a home with lots of space and lots to keep them busy. Apply to adopt!
Meet the adorable & full of personality duo of Nash & Dash. These darling boys have been bottle raised at the rescue since they were just a day old. They are 1/4 Lamancha, 1/4 Oberhasli and 1/2 Boer and 100% cute, fun and playful! They boys will make such wonderful pets. They are neutered, up to date on vaccines and ready to meet their new family! Apply to adopt!
This darling little guy has been bottle raised at the rescue since he was just a week old. He is full of personality and always has a lot to say. Archie is a Nigerian Dwarf and a farm favorite of everyone who meets him! He and his friends he is adopted with will need very secure fencing and shelter as they are still quite small. Archie will be neutered in mid June and ready to find his forever home alongside some of the kids he has grown up with here, Ren & Rocky or Sully, Sebastian & Spider. We are currently accepting holds on bottle raised kids to approved homes. Apply to adopt!
Rocky & Ren are Nigerian Dwarf twins who are being bottle raised at the rescue. They boys are easy going and absolutely love people! They will be ready for their new home at the beginning of June once they have been weaned & neutered. We are currently accepting holds on bottle kids to approved homes. Apply to adopt!
You will surely fall in love with these 3 boys! you will not meet a sweeter trio! We rescued the boys as newborns from a livestock auction. They are so full of fun, playful personality and absolutely love their snuggle time. They absolutely adore people! They are growing up to be such handsome boys. They are incredibly bonded and must be adopted as a trio. Apply to adopt!
Kirby is a young Lamancha wether who defines the fun, busy Lamancha personality we love so much. Kirby came to us as a young goat after he was picked up as a stray by our local animal control. He was clearly a bottle raised baby as he has a puppy dog personality. He loves attention and to "help" with anything that you are doing. He would do well in a herd of younger, playful goats or can be adopted alongside one or more of his friends at the rescue. This boy is a farm favorite and sure to steal your heart! Apply to adopt!
Novi and her daughters Maisie & Maxine are such a darling trio! Novi came to us last fall from a neglect case. She was pregnant at the time and gave birth to her cute little girls at the rescue. She had mastitis at the time they were born so the babies were bottle raised the first few days then nursed from Novi but we supplemented them with bottles for a few months. M & M are super social and love people and attention while mama Novi is still a little shy but she loves treats! Their family bond is strong and they must be adopted as a family of 3. Apply to adopt!
Mo is a gorgeous young Mini Lamancha wether who came to us from a neglect case. He is playful and loves to browse and graze. He is curious and will approach you and give you kisses but he does not like to be pet. We would like to see him go with some other goats from the herd he came to us with such as Juniper & Jonah or Teagan & Teddy. Apply to adopt!
This mother/son duo was part of a neglect case we took in last fall. Juniper is a sweet, mellow mini Lamancha. Her son Jonah is a little more on the shy side but he sticks close to his mom even at over a year old. The pair must be adopted together and would love a home with other members of their herd so Jonah has a playmate or 2. Gwen & Moceri are their BFFs and Josephine is Junipers daughter from the previous year. Apply to adopt!
Meet Willow & Maeve, 2 beautiful angora goats. The girls are thought to be 5-6 years old and came to us after they were headed to auction after their elderly owners passed away and the family was unable to care for them. The girls are curious and easy going but are not “in your pocket” friendly. They will do best in a home without brush such as blackberries that their curls could get caught in. They will need to be shorn 2x/year and we can provide a referral to a shearer. Apply to adopt!
Wiley & Loki are two of our rescued bottle babies this season that we saved from auction when they were just a few days old. These Alpine boys were bottle raised and are full of playful and curious personality and are as sweet and so much fun. They will make great pets. They are neutered, up to date on vaccines and ready for their forever home. Apply to adopt!
This adorable little twin duo is ready for their forever home! Hugo & Harriett came to us at 2 hours old after their mom was unable to nurse them and the family didn’t have time to raise bottle babies. They are so full of personality! They are friendly, playful and fun. This darling duo will make wonderful barnyard pets! Apply to adopt!
These Nubian triplet boys are just the sweetest! They are currently being bottle raised by a wonderful foster home where they are being raised around children and lots of different animals. They boys are super sweet, playful and oh so cute! They will be ready for adoption mid-June but we are currently accepting holds on bottle raised kids to approved homes. Apply to adopt!
Harper & her "puppy sit" are too cute! Harper and her son Geno are looking to meet their forever family. We rescued Harper from auction where she was sent, pregnant, and she gave birth to Geno at the rescue in spring of 2023. Harper loves to gaze into your eyes while you pet her and Geno is very people friendly and such a social guy. If they are adopted as just a pair (not with Hattie & her boys) they need to join a herd with another young, playful goat. Geno is horned and loves to play and needs a playmate to get all that energy out. Ideally they would be adopted with Harper's sister Hattie & her 2 boys, Walker & Lockett. Apply to adopt!
Hattie is such an adorable little mama! Hattie was one of a number of does we rescued from auction when they were pregnant. She gave birth to her boys in the spring of 2023. Walker is already bigger than his mom and Lockett is still a little guy. Walker loves attention from people like his mom while Lockett takes a little while to warm up to new people but loves head scratches once he does. Ideally the family would be adopted along with Hattie's sister Harper and her son Geno and the boys all grew up together and love to play together. Apply to adopt!
Havoc is a handsome 4 year old Lamancha who was bottle raised at the rescue after we rescued him from a livestock auction when he was just a few weeks old. He returned to the rescue when his adoptive family had some life changes. He is friendly with everyone he meets, people and goats! He has lived with Ragnar & Ryder the past few years and is currently being fostered with Odie and Dax & Tate. He would also make a great BFF for another goat around his same age. Apply to adopt!
Brock is a handsome, 5 year old Lamancha who was bottle raised at the rescue. He recently returned to the rescue and is ready for his true forever home. Brock is full of busy, curious and fun Lamancha personality. He would do well as a companion to another full of personality goat or can be adopted with Havoc who he is being fostered with. Apply to adopt!
This adorable duo is ready to meet their new family! Poppy (black and white) is around one year old and came to us after she was found as a stray. She quickly bonded to Rolo, a ~ 7 year old wether who returned to the rescue after his BFF passed away. They are very sweet goats who are active and playful. Their buddy Gus would love to be adopted alongside them if you have room for 3! Apply to adopt!
This full of personality triplet crew is sure to win your heart! The Mini Lamancha brothers (Nigerian Dwarf/Lamancha cross) are currently being bottle raised at the rescue and will be ready for their forever home in early June after they are weaned and neutered. The boys are incredibly social and playful and will make such wonderful pets! Apply to adopt!
Lola & her daughters Lark, Lemon & Lizzie are such a beautiful group of girls. We rescued Lola from auction when she was pregnant. She gave birth to the girls as the rescue in January of 2023. They were adopted but returned when the family added lots of other small farm animals to their space and Lola & the girls didn't get along well with all the animals who were added to their space. They have done so well coming back to the rescue and integrating into our current herd. They would do best as the only goats in their new home or joining a herd that has strong, full of personality goats. Lola is dehorned but her girls are all horned. Lola is super sweet and loves attention, Lemon is social and can always be found with her mom and Lizzie and Lark are also sweet girls and BFFs. This gorgeous family is ready for their true forever home. Apply to adopt!
They don't get sweeter than these 3 ladies! Maggie, Mae and Molly are ~ 9 year old does who came to us after the family who bottle raised them and had cared for them their whole lives had to move out of country and couldn't take the girls along. They love people and attention and are sweet, sassy and healthy. They don't show their age at all! They are easy going and are looking to meet their new family. Apply to adopt!
Meet the most unlikely yet adorable trio. Theodore is a Nigerian Dwarf who arrived at the rescue at a couple days old and only a couple pounds. We was a house baby for awhile and is very sweet and full of personality. We then took in Coal, a Kinder, to be a BFF for Theodore. Coal is spunky and friendly and the boss of the trio. Gracie is a Nubian who joined the boys when they were still young. She came to us as during birth, her neck ligaments were torn from her skull leaving her top vertabre exposed. These days, you would never know anything is different. She is healthy, happy and otherwise normal. The trio will all be one this spring and need special considerations (no other goats or a mellow, dehorned goat) to make sure Gracie has the safest home possible. They are all very sweet and very bonded, they must be adopted as a trio. Apply to adopt!
Kira & Kai are two of the sweetest kiddos you will ever meet. The twins came to us in August of 2024 as newborns from a dairy. Their mom is a full sister to our beloved permanent residents, Nicky & Nitro. Kira has their same, spunky, playful personality and Kai is playful and has that lovey Saanen side to him as well. They were bottle raised and incredibly friendly and sweet. Please note that they are both horned. This pair will make such wonderful pets Apply to adopt!
Thea and her triplets, who now almost a year old, are a lovely Lamancha family. Thea is an older mom and such a wonderful mom. Her triplets include Kingston & Oliver (wethers) and Margot, a doe. Kingston is outgoing and social, Oliver & Margot are slower to warm up to new people but very sweet when they do. The trio is very playful and adore their mom. Thea is easy to handle and enjoys grazing, eating and napping. She is slowly gaining weight back after weaning her kids and will benefit from continuing to receive supplemental feeding. This sweet family would do best in a quiet, patient home. Apply to adopt!
Echo & Limo are Lamancha/Boer twins (a doe and a wether) that we rescued after they were sent through a livestock auction at just 8 weeks old to sell for slaughter. These bottle raised are so, so sweet! They are easy going, Echo loves to have little chats with you and Limo has such a quiet elegance. They both have true Lamancha personalities and are curious and friendly. They should be the only goats in their new home or adopted with some of their herdmates. This beautiful sister/brother duo is sure to steal your heart! Apply to adopt!
Suki is a ~3 year old Lamancha/Oberhasli cross doe that we rescued from a livestock auction. She is very sweet with people, she is always the first one to come up and give kisses when you walk into the pasture and she loves to "help" with chores and projects. She is quite sassy with other goats and definitely a "herd queen". She would do well adopted alongside another strong personality, horned goat from the rescue or as a companion to another horned goat with big personality. Apply to adopt!
